Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take up to 3 business days.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days ($4.99 or free for orders over $50)
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days ($9.99)
- Overnight Shipping: Next business day if ordered before 2 PM EST ($19.99)
International Shipping
- Standard International: 7-14 business days ($14.99)
- Express International: 3-7 business days ($29.99)
Note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country's customs authorities.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website or by using the tracking link provided in the shipping confirmation email.
Return Policy
Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unused and in original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
- Intimate apparel, swimwear, and undergarments for hygiene reasons
Return Process
- Initiate a Return: Log into your account and visit the "Order History" section, or contact our customer service team.
- Packaging: Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible.
- Shipping: Use the prepaid return label provided (if applicable) or ship the item to our return center address.
- Processing: Once received, your return will be processed within 3-5 business days.
Refunds
After your return is inspected, we will process your refund. The money will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing times. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the standard shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you get the item you want without delay, as exchanges may take longer to process than direct returns.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We'll provide instructions for returning the damaged item and send a replacement as quickly as possible. For damaged items, please take photos before returning as this helps us improve our packaging and handling procedures.
